These terms apply to the Dropped game and its online services, provided by Nullset (nullset.studio). Your purchase and use through the Meta Horizon Store is also governed by Meta's terms. By playing you agree to these terms.
Playing fair
Don't cheat, automate guesses, tamper with the game or its server, or use offensive display names. We may remove scores or block access for accounts that do.
Dropped Pro
Pro is a subscription sold and billed by Meta. It renews automatically until you cancel in your Meta account; cancelling stops future renewals, and refunds follow Meta's refund policy. The Daily Challenge stays free.
Imagery and maps
Street-level photos come from Panoramax contributors and maps from OpenStreetMap contributors under their open licenses; each photo's author and license is shown in the game. Places shown are real, public roads: stay respectful, and report anything that shouldn't be shown to hello@nullset.studio. Availability of imagery can change, and we can't guarantee that every location loads.
The service
We work to keep Dropped running, but online features are provided as they are and may change, pause or end. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under your local law.
Safety
Play in a clear space and take breaks. Follow Meta's health and safety warnings for your headset.
